Linda Doherty, Associate Broker, is the Director of Training and Education for Champion Realty.  A real estate educator for over 20 years, she has served on the Maryland Real Estate Commission's Education sub-committee and  as Chairman of the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors' Education Committee.  She is a member of the Real Estate Educators Association and the Maryland Real Estate Educators Association.  Linda oversees and develops all aspects of pre-licensing, continuing education and training courses for Champion Realty. 

The Champion Institute of Real Estate, approved by the Maryland Dept. of Higher Education and the Maryland Real Estate Commission to offer pre-licensing classes since 1987, has educated over 7,400 students.  Under Linda's leadership, it has remained one of the premier real estate schools in Maryland, having a consistently high first-time pass rate on the Maryland test for licensure.

Linda earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Adelphi University in 1973.  She worked as a professional vocal soloist, vocal coach and director of children's programs for twenty years prior to moving to Maryland and pursuing her real estate career.  She enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike, their five children and two grandsons.
